หลังบ้านของใครหลายคน คือพื้นที่เล็ก ๆ ที่เก็บเรื่องราวอันมีค่าเอาไว้ ทั้งสูตรที่ส่งต่อกันในครอบครัว ภูมิปัญญาการหมักบ่ม และองค์ความรู้ที่เกิดจากการลงมือทำ จนกลายเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของแต่ละท้องถิ่น

For many of us, the back of the house is a small space that keeps precious stories: recipes handed down in the family, the craft of fermenting and ageing, and knowledge gained by doing. Over time, these become the identity of each place.

“หลังบ้าน” จึงเกิดขึ้นจากความตั้งใจที่จะค้นหาและหยิบของดีจากจังหวัดน่านและในประเทศไทย ทั้งวัตถุดิบ ภูมิปัญญา และเรื่องราวของผู้คน มาต่อยอดเป็นเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ที่มีเอกลักษณ์ โดยให้ความสำคัญกับรากเหง้าและคนที่อยู่เบื้องหลังทุกขวด

LANG BAN was born from a commitment to seek out the best of Nan and of Thailand, from its ingredients and wisdom to the stories of its people, and to craft them into alcoholic beverages with a character of their own. We put the roots, and the people behind every bottle, first.

We want to raise the value of local produce and pass on knowledge that may not yet be widely known, so that more people can see its worth.
